How it works
Calculates hours worked per day after subtracting a break, then extrapolates to weekly, monthly, and annual totals. Optionally multiplies by an hourly rate to show earnings.
Step by step
- 1Enter your start and end times in HH:MM format (24-hour clock).
- 2Enter your break duration in minutes.
- 3Set the number of working days per week.
- 4Optionally enter your hourly rate to calculate earnings.
Examples
9–5:30 with 30 min break, 5 days
17:30 − 09:00 = 8.5 hrs; minus 30 min break = 8.0 hrs/day × 5 days = 40 hrs/week.
